Order & Shipping Terms and Conditions
- All orders will be processed within approximately 1 or 2 business days, provided items are in stock and credit card payments are approved.
- Free ground shipping within the continental United States for orders $50 and over. For orders under this amount, a $7 shipping fee will be charged. This policy is based on orders shipping complete. In some cases, due to manufacturer shortages, delays or other factors beyond our control, an entire order may not be in stock. As a result, for free freight, customers may elect to wait for all items to be shipped together. CAM, Audio Inc. uses UPS ground as the primary carrier and common carriers as required.
- If an order is received with missing or incorrect items, please notify us immediately so appropriate action can take place.
- If merchandise ordered is lost or damaged by the freight carrier, please note on the freight company receipt and notify us immediately.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase, simply return it in new condition with all original packing and materials within 30 days of receiving it. Any refund will be promptly processed or product replaced as required.
- For return service, contact us at (800) 527-3458 or email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Place the RMA number so that it is clearly visible on the return address label. Keep any shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of the returned item.
- Unauthorized returns or incomplete returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Please call CAM to cancel your order (800) 527-3458 or (972) 271-2800 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm Central Time). Orders attempted to be cancelled after shipment, orders refused upon receipt, or orders returned due to incorrect address may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any incurred shipping charges.
Warranty of Product
Items purchased from CAM are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Some products will have warranty information enclosed with the merchandise for proper warranty procedures. Media and packaging products will be warrantied against manufacturing defects.
